In my last post, I discussed the workouts I do, how I do them, etc. This post will focus on what I’m eating, including vitamins and supplements and how I arrived at each of them.
Perseverance is key to keeping your New Year’s resolutions. I have four, which don’t exactly include wine but are attainably focused on my physical and spiritual health.
It’s pretty easy for me to drink wine or any other drink for that matter but when it comes to water, it’s a different story.
