- Blender or Nutribullet
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
