RECIPE: Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Elvis would have loved this smoothie.

  • Blender or Nutribullet
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Protein: 31g; Carbs: 40g; Fat: 15g
