  • 1 Blender or Nutribullet


  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3-4 ice cubes


  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
