The Working Women’s Training Program is designed for busy career-minded women who don’t have a lot of time to work out. With three levels – beginner, intermediate, and advanced – the program is designed to be completed in under an hour. Whether you are a busy mom with a full-time job, an entrepreneur, college student, caretaker for your family members, or plain busy, this program can easily be squeezed into your active schedule. The intermediate program is designed for the gym however a well-equipped home gym would also work. It’s designed for progressive overload and includes compound exercises requiring a higher level of skill than those in the beginner program (e.g. deadlifts, bench press, squat, etc.). It’s for busy women who want to build muscle!
