Personal Training

Specializing in plans for hard gainers*, my certified personal training services emphasize resistance training to build muscle while maintaining a healthy muscle to fat ratio. Access to a gym is required for my plans, as well as a few extra pieces of equipment, depending on the training program.

Programs are at least four days a week, for approximately one hour of training. You will receive the following:

Initial assessment.
Customized workout plan.
Three monthly e-mail check-ins.
Workout videos and/or FaceTime/in-person demonstrations.

* While my specialty is curve/muscle building, I am also trained to create customized plans for weight-loss and other fitness goals.

** A nutrition coaching plan is highly recommended to accompany the personal training service.

Basic Personal Training

Duration: One month. Includes: Initial assessment. Customized workout plan. Three monthly e-mail check-ins. Workout videos and/or FaceTime/in-person demonstrations.

This includes basis personal training along with the Busy Plan nutrition coaching service.
