Programs are customized and can be done in the gym or at home. Home workouts will require basic equipment, such as dumbbells and resistance bands, but can also simply use body weight. I work with what you’ve got! You will receive the following:
Customized workout plan.
Weekly e-mail check-ins.
Workout videos and/or live virtual demonstrations.
