Personal Training

Specializing in plans for hard gainers*, my certified personal training services emphasize resistance training to build muscle while maintaining a healthy muscle to fat ratio.

Programs are customized and can be done in the gym or at home. Home workouts will require basic equipment, such as dumbbells and resistance bands. You will receive the following:

Initial assessment.
Customized workout plan.
Weekly e-mail check-ins.
Workout videos and/or FaceTime/in-person demonstrations.
Access to private Facebook group/forum. (Eight-week and 12-week programs only).

* While my specialty is curve/muscle building, I am also trained to create customized plans for weight-loss and other fitness goals.

** A nutrition coaching plan is highly recommended to accompany the personal training service.
