Specializing in plans for hard gainers*, my certified personal training services emphasize resistance training to build muscle while maintaining a healthy muscle to fat ratio.
Programs are at least four days a week, for approximately one hour of training. They can be done in the gym or at home. Home workouts will require basic equipment, such as dumbbells and resistance bands. You will receive the following:
Customized workout plan.
Three monthly e-mail check-ins.
Workout videos and/or FaceTime/in-person demonstrations.
* While my specialty is curve/muscle building, I am also trained to create customized plans for weight-loss and other fitness goals.
** A nutrition coaching plan is highly recommended to accompany the personal training service.
Basic Personal Training
Duration: One month. Includes: Initial assessment. Customized workout plan. Three monthly e-mail check-ins. Workout videos and/or FaceTime/in-person demonstrations.
Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching Bundle
This includes basis personal training along with the Busy Plan nutrition coaching service.
