My certified personal training services emphasize resistance training to build muscle while maintaining a healthy muscle to fat ratio.
In addition to my NASM-CPT credential, I am certified in Bret Contreras’ StrongLifting program, and have followed the principles of hourglass training from my friend and colleague, Lyzabeth Lopez, since 2017. I draw on these, as well as many other evidence-based training approaches, when writing programs for my clients.
My programs are customized to you, and can be done in the gym or at home. Home workouts will require basic equipment, such as dumbbells and resistance bands, but can also simply use body weight. I work with what you’ve got!
